When you submit content to our platform (including reviews, photos, or comments), you grant Sufrah a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display the content in connection with our Service and Sufrah's business.

Data Protection and Security

Payment Processing

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit & debit cards in EGP. All payment details are provided directly to our secure payment providers via an encrypted connection. Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment within 10-45 business days.

Promotions and Special Offers

Users are only permitted to use authorized promotions and are not allowed to manipulate the system by using promotions multiple times or creating multiple accounts. Sufrah reserves the right to reject orders from users who abuse promotional offers and may ban users from the platform.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Sufrah are protected by Egyptian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without explicit permission.

Limitation of Liability

Sufrah provides the Service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Service.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and any disputes related to it will be governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Egypt.
