Please read these terms carefully before using Sufrah's platform and services.
Any use of Sufrah (app/web) or the Services involves your prior express unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you don't agree to the Terms, you may not use Sufrah (app/web) or any of the Services provided by Sufrah.
Introduction
We "Sufrah" may amend the Terms, primarily to comply with any developments of Sufrah (app/web) or any legal or technical developments/enhancements. Any revised terms or policies will be available on our website or within Sufrah (app/web).
It is your responsibility to check that you have read and agree with the latest version of the Terms before using Sufrah (app/web) or our Services.
Part 1 – User Account
The creation of a user account on Sufrah (app/web) is not mandatory to make payments within Sufrah (app/web), but is necessary to access some of our Services. A User Account enables you to:
- Access all your receipts in one place
- Access to all previous order(s)
- Access to your loyalty points (if subscribed)
- Access your registered information
You can create a User Account from Sufrah (app/web) at any point during your payment process. You'll need to provide your phone number, and we'll send you a verification code via SMS or WhatsApp.
Part 2 – Payment Methods
While using Sufrah (app/web), we give you the option to save your card details through our payment service providers in Egypt, who have the necessary accreditations to ensure the security and confidentiality of your payment methods.
Part 3 – Services
Our services in Egypt include:
- Access to digital menus and online ordering
- Real-time bill access and payment
- Order tracking and management
- Digital receipts
- Restaurant reviews
- Loyalty program integration
- Table reservations
Part 4 – Terms of Use
Use of Sufrah requires a smartphone and an Internet connection. The platform is optimized for the latest versions of Android or iOS.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Sufrah. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Part 5 – Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Sufrah are owned by us and are protected by Egyptian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Part 6 – Liability
The conditions for order fulfillment are under the sole responsibility of the restaurants. Sufrah cannot be held responsible for acts or omissions outside of our control.
Part 7 – Fees and Refunds
Service Fees
The use of Sufrah Services may be subject to service fees. These fees are calculated based on the amount paid, either as a percentage or in tiers, and may be capped or uncapped depending on our agreement with the business. These fees enable you to benefit from our Services, including real-time bill access, instant payment, bill splitting capabilities, and digital receipt downloads upon request.
You can avoid these service fees by paying directly to the business via credit card or cash, as such payment methods provided by the business do not require payment of Sufrah service fees.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of payment at any of our contracted businesses. The processing time for refunds ranges from 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the payment card (debit/credit).
Part 8 – Governing Law
These Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Egypt.
